I help you clarify your health goals, figure out your blocks and working together we create a plan that is simple to follow and easy to implement into your busy lifestyle. I promise “No” overwhelm just gradual simple changes.

I’m a practical girl who works with you to support and encourage when you come across road blocks. I offer lifestyle strategies and real world solutions to your questions so you keep on track and moving towards your health goals.

I am a Health Coach and my goal in life is to help women redefine their own and societal view of menopause and Midlife. I’m all about helping menopausal women like you to power up their health, reclaim their body confidence and have the energy to get out into their world and share all that life knowledge and their own special brand of magic – because us older girls know stuff!

I’ve experienced the ups and downs of menopause and I know it’s a wild ride that can leave you feeling a hot mess literally and metaphorically. I know what is like to have no energy, to have unexplained creeping weight gain and feel your confidence ebbing away…..
